We are always interested in discussing employment opportunities with people who share our vision of excellence in customer service. We only want people who share our passion for diving, who are enthusiastic and have good communication skills, and are of unquestionable integrity. 

Opportunities exist for:

• DIVEMASTERS (and above, with current insurance) to conduct Discover Local Diving guided tours.  

Most tours requests are for weekends but there can be requests for weekdays as well.  Our divemasters operate as "independent contractors" and work on a variable schedule that suits them best.  We pay you a fee based on the number of divers on the tour (1 to 4 divers per tour) as soon as the tour is complete.  

You may only want to conduct 1 or 2 guided tours each month, or you may have more time available.  If you're interested, let us know what works for you.  

• STORE PERSONNEL to sell equipment and to check out and receive rental equipment.  You can learn a lot about dive equipment (how it works and how to fix it) by working in the store!  

We have a flexible work policy so if you are interested in working full or half days on the weekend or a few days a week, please come talk to us to see if there's a match.
