Guided Tours

Experience the spectacular and world-renowned Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary from shore!  If you're new to Monterey diving, a guided shore dive is a great way to learn about the area and explore one of our excellent dive sites.  We have a number of experienced Divemasters who know the Monterey and Carmel dive sites intimately and can take you for a great tour.   We can usually arrange a tour for any day of the week, either weekend or weekday (weather permitting).  A 2 tank dive tour will take a minimum of 4 hours to complete (and it can take quite a bit longer if you want to relax between the dives on a long surface interval, or if you go to a dive site which requires a longer surface swim).

Lover's Point is one of our favorite dive sites.  Dive through a lush kelp forest.   Large cabezon are often spotted among the rocks.

Our experienced guides will take you to the best shore diving sites according to your skill level and the daily marine conditions. A one week advance reservation is recommended.  

If you want to make a reservation for a  Guided Tour for you (or you and your group) please call us at (831)375-1933.  You must be a certified diver to participate.

At the time you request a reservation, we will ask you to:  specify the date and time you'd like to go, tell us a little bit about your dive experience, and provide your credit card information.

To cancel a reserved guided tour, you must provide at least 24-hours notice.  "No shows" will be charged a fee equal to a one tank guided tour.

For your safety, a Divemaster conducted tour is usually limited to a maximum of 4 divers.  If there are more than 4 divers in your group, please contact us so we can help you assess the need for a second Divemaster based on the diving experience of the group.
